This week, we talk sisters, Louise and Elaine Sanders. Born and raised on a farm in Manitoba, Canada, they completed degrees in Physical Therapy and Nursing, respectively. Unsatisfied with the level of help they were able to offer others with conventional medicine, together they studied alternative medicine. Going deeper, they discovered that both conventional and alternative medicines, although they don’t agree on much, agree that STRESS is the number one contributing factor to any illness, disease, condition and imbalance. Going deeper still, they discovered the truth about stress and how to conquer stress, not just cope with it.
They founded The Stress Experts, to help others feel better, do better and be better. Louise and Elaine provide one-on-one stress coaching (in-person or remotely), trainings, online programs, and, in the near future, will be offering retreats and Equine-partnered coaching. Their mission is to help others be their own ‘stress expert’ by enlightening them with the truth and science about stress, equipping them with research-based tools and skills to stop stress as it happens (or even before it happens!), and empowering them, in any situation, to conquer stress and live a life of meaning, health, and happiness.
During our conversation, Louise and Elaine discussed a very practical tip how you can stop stressful emotions right in their tracks and perform emotional first aid. They have made that resource available to you for free at this link here. They also have other free resources available for you (click here to access).
